My Story

I am passionate about crafting simple and elegant digital solutions to solve everyday challenges. My role as a UX Designer (Couturier) combined with my background as Bridal Designer and business owner taught me invaluable insights about user journeys and how users’ overall experience impact the success of the business. I prioritize my time communicating and learning users’ motivations, goals, needs, and pain points to come up with the best solutions while balancing both technical and business constraints.

Embracing self-growth both professionally and personally, I took an opportunity and opened a franchise fitness studio in 2019. The business was widely successful because within 9 months, my location was ranked number 8 out of 600+ locations nationwide and I was awarded one of the coveted 9Round franchise awards in 2019. My expertise in customer strategies and experience contributed greatly to its success.

Unfortunately, the pandemic in 2020 caused the business to cease operations indefinitely and forced me to reimagine my future. Remembering my love for web design, I took a career break after closing the business to further my knowledge in digital design and received formal design training working with industry leaders to learn the latest UX tools and methodologies.
